URI segment repeating

Actually I'm going through the second vedio which is explained how to create simple blog entries.

I wrote <?=anchor("blog/comments", "Comments");?> on the blog_view.php file as it is. but when i'm click on that link it will appear as "index.php/blog/index.php/blog/comments". Note that index.php/blog section repeated 2 times.

Please tell me how to avoid that.

Hi i found the way by myself. But thought to post it as well, It might help some one.
Actually I have missed to configure $config['base_url'] setting in config file. It was blank :lol:
