I keep seeing posts like this and Im not sure why people think using a javascript framework in CI is any different than any other regular html? You have your javascript in the head of the document (or foot) and it operates on whatever is being outputted from your views. If html in your view has all of the proper IDs and whatever that your javascript is looking for, it will work just like any other (jquery) webpage. There's really nothing special.

the only "problem" I've had is setting the reference link to the js files... setting the path to absolute seems to do the trick though.
