Is this an issue with CI?

I'm using html2pdf service for conversion on some pages to pdf.

My CI application uri is: http://enablereview.biz/rag/admin/pdf/131

But it generate a CI error(printed in pdf) 404 page not found OR Invalid uri characters!

please help

CodeIgniter adheres to a strict set of characters that are allowed in the URL (check your application/config/config.php file.) That is the reason you get the "Invalid Characters" error. html2pdf just converts whichever HTML comes back and unfortunately these are errors.

When I go the link you provided, I just get a form to fill out.
