Localization on Codeigniter

Is there any way that I can output Data/Time in Norwegian way using CI?

Instead of Monday, Mandag and Tuesday for Tirsdag etc.

When I read http://ellislab.com/codeigniter/user-gui...tures.html, one of features is localization.

What can CI do for localization?

I read Zend has Zend_locale. I am wondering if CI has something like that.
