CSS and JS files are failed to load

i uload my site to liveserver in that CSS file is not loaded it is giving failed to load reply as soon as possible

Do you really think anyone can help with the [lack of] information that you provided?
What does the rendered HTML look like for the head of the document where you presumably are linking to your stylesheets? Is the src pointing to the right place?
