CI Piwik Analytics Library with GeoIP capability

I've been working on a Piwik Analytics library that also uses the MaxMind GeoLiteCity.dat geoip database. It's not completely finished, and needs some better documentation, but I'm already using it in my own CMS dashboard to render stats from it (see screenshot). As of right now, most of the functions are currently just making simple API method requests, decoding the JSON, and returning the array.

There is also piwik_helper which will output the piwik tracking tag js based on the settings defined in the piwik config file.
