link pages

hi guy's..
i'm newbie in CI..
i want to make a link of my new page of my web but it's always shown an error. i've tried <a ></a> and echo anchor but the condition is still the same.
can u help me guys..!?
1. what is the script to call my another page?
2. where i must put that my another page? inside view or where?

Pages go in the view folder.

For links use the CodeIgniter Anchor in the User Guide url helper.

i've followed the rule in the user guide of url helper, it's works but when i click the link the page still can not found, whereas i've put it down in views folder. i've put the script "$this->load->helper('url');" inside my controller file, but it's still can not found..
can u help me guys..!?
