Is it legal to sell commercial software built on top of CodeIgniter?

Hi guys, is it legal to build commercial software that is built on top of CodeIgniter? Say for instance a company develops a commercial CMS or a commercial portal built on top of CodeIgniter, is it legal to bundle it up and sell it? If so is it likely CodeIgniter would ever switch from its license structure?

Well considering http://www.iclassengine.com (iClassEngine) and http://www.pancakeapp.com (Pancake App) are both commercial software applications written on-top of Codeigniter, I think that should answer your question.
