I cannot login to my MyClientBase login

please anybody help me i cannot login to MyClientBase login screen , pass username for my localhost is root and my password is blank, when i key in username as root and i leave blank the password and login id does not allow me to login .Anybody got any idea.My apache xampp server has mysql table i use root and empty password.
