Hi guna,

The editor is TextMate (http://macromates.com/) which is only available for MAC OS. If you are looking for a good IDE for Windows, you can try Netbeans (http://netbeans.org) which is availble for all platforms. Also with a little hack, you can get code competion for Codeigniter in Netbeans.
