Code Igniter 2.0 & pdf

Hello all,
I have this website developed with CI 2.0
Search Gurbani, this is live and i have beta in beta subdomain.

I need to create pdf for the pages but my programmer is struggling and not able to solve the issue
for example i need pdf for this and similar pages
beta.searchgurbani.com/guru_granth_sahib/ang_by_ang

can some one help, any help is appreciated
it is religious scripture educational, non for profit website

also , some how getting this error log
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 42 bytes) in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/system/database/drivers/mysql/mysql_result.php on line 162

php has been allocated 128m
i get this error in live site but not in replicated site in beta subdomain
any suggestions
