Disallowed characters on default controller.

Hey guys, small problem I can't figure out.

I have GET enabled and example.com/controller/model/?get=this works but if I go to example.com/?get=this I get

An Error Was Encountered
The URI you submitted has disallowed characters.

Any ideas on how to fix that?

Get the latest CI from bitbucket or use correction from my blog (MY_Router).
