The 404 problems (CI Reactor)

Yes, it works... But anyway, I want some of the developers to share their opinion here.

I modified the Loader as suggested here and it has provided a much more elegant way of loading the error override controller and fixes the autoloading problem.

I've deleted the old fork and put in a pull request on this new one:
