crating menu link with routing

Hi

I wont the admin of the page to create some menu link with name like "somename" and when users click on that link to take them to http://site.com/somename which will get some entry from database entered whit wysiwyg editor. The admin don't have permission to change the CI code.

Is this possible with CI?
