REST ->XML -> HTML forms

Hi Guys,

Please shoot me if I am being stupid, My kid is teething and my brain has stopped working.

Looking into Phil Sturgeons REST Controller, looks like I have set up the server side OK(in the most basic of ways) but now I am trying to get the XML that's passed to the client into a HTML drop down form.

Has any one got ideas??

I have googled but thinking lack of sleep is really affecting me.
