system folder & application folder

If you do not move the system and application folders then you do not need to do anything.

Some users like me like to move the system and application folders outside the root folder, in this case you then need to open up the index.php and edit the system and application folder to point to the new path that you moved them to.

Hello, I don't understand about the Installation Instruction of CodeIgniter. Plz help me.
