Help Regarding the integration of normal php module with framework

Hello all,
I am a bit new, using this framework. I am working in a team to do a website for all the functions regarding the academic activities of an institute. I have done a module for taking online test using ajax,php and html normally without any framework. Now, our team decided to move on to Codeigniter framework, after finding many advatages of it.
Is there any way, I can integrate my online test module which is written from core php, ajax, html into the codeigniter framework project.

Get to know MVC and read the user guide carefully and you will come to know where to start. You can then come back here again if any help is needed.
