images fail to show in AOl and hotmail

good days guys!i am currently doing an emailer.
the problem that i have right now is that the images that i have used do not show when viewed in hotmail and AOL email addresses.
one more thing, with the new version of gmail,when i position my text over an image using margin-top,margin-left,the whole layout is not preserved..it seems that the images below also moves down..
can anyone help?
