Nesting Multiple Folders in Controllers?

I am pretty certain I haven't made a typo. Is there any reason why nesting multiple folders in the controllers directory is returning a 404 error?

you can only go 1 folder deep

controllers
-- one folder no more
-- another folder same level one

controllers
-- folder
---- another folder

This is not allowed!

Is there any reason? Seems like a bit of a limitation to me.

I will use routes instead.

This has been discussed many times in the forums, I think that it will be moving to multiple folders in the future!

I use HMVC which allows me to have multiple modules that do a specific task and have there own controllers.
