.htaccess in CI 2.0.1

i am developing application using CI 2.0.1 in localhost using wampserver (php 5.3.5 and apache 2.2.17). The problem is when i tried to remove index.php from url with .htaccess from documentation, the page show internal server error. what kind of change should i do to get pretty url such: http://localhost/web?
And what should i write in my .htaccess file?

Check the apache error log as suggested by the "Internal server error"-message. You can find from there more specific information about the issue.
