not submitting the POST

i'm in a bit trouble right now, here's the situation
i have this registration form, what i want is a two link, Register that represent the registration validation and the view for the result..
the link two link is not working, i guess because is not posting the records..
can anyone point me to the right path on this?? tnx in advance, i really appreciate

or download the whole files here ( which include the system folder )
