I have wampserver on my computer with php and mysql working properly and I have also downloaded CI. I can't seem to upload it to my server I have been trying for hours and can't seem to findout how..I have dreamweaver as my IDE and its not recognizing the CI... any suggestions on how to upload CI to the local server?

I'm just getting a fatal error: Controller not found in c:wamp/www/codeigniter ..... but I think that if I can findout how to upload it to the server that this problem will be resolved, since I have only downloaded it.
