CI 2.0.2 CSRF PROBLEM!

Hello,

I have a problem with CI 2.0.2 CSRF.

The cookie stored in browser must have the name csrf_test_name but has the name ci_csrf_token.

Everything worked perfectly in previous version (CI 2.0.1).

Can someone help me? Please!

There is another fix I have commited minute ago, so you can check bitbucket again if you want to set different names for token and cookie.
