in my "permitted_uri_chars" i put:

$config['permitted_uri_chars'] = 'a-zA-Z À-Úà-ú 0-9~%.:_\-|()';
You guys see some problem?
After that, the really question: is wrong use "address/controller/resort/ùçê/" for example?
I always heard that it is incorrect, although it is working, I would like to know technically, how it should be.
