correctly written models

I have been attempting to trace down an issue with loading models in a site that I am creating. The last hour of this has been spent reading posts in this forum.

All models are properly written to what the manual says for CI 2.0.2, but when I try to load or autoload any models I get a HTTP Error 500. My testing server is running MAMP 1.9.6 on OSX 10.6.7.

Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this problem?

500 is a server error not a CI error!

Check your server setup!

Did you try a clean install to see if it runs out of the box?

Its a brand new clean install that done right before this project was started.

If I remove the model loads, the site works fine.

But given what I need to be controlling, I need the models to work.

@InsiteFX My apologies. I had some code that ended up being written wrong that my local server wasn't catching, but when I uploaded it to my host server got caught.

Thank you for your help.

NOOB ALERT!!!
Please don't make the mistake I just made and post something like this to the forum without checking all your code. In the long run it will save you, and those in the forums a ton of time and headaches if you check it first.

Also, if you are having an error that your local server isn't catching, try uploading it to your host server, it will probably catch something that you aren't
