Create an rss feed from a form

I'm attempting to create a form that will save an rss feed based upon a form. I've got the concept of the form down what I'm stumbling with is, once I have that data, pulling it from the mysql database to use the file helper to save / update to an rss feed. Best Regards! [:

Why not just make the rss feed a dynamic controller url that will recieve parameters and generate the rss... no need to make/save/update static files.

hehe... make sure to update your requests... there is nothing more frustrating then searching in google and finding only questions, or even worse: "thnx I already solved it" with no details of how...

Very good point! After modifying [& updating] Derek Allard's RSS Setup for CI [unable to post links] to include more data types and fields, the rest was just small tweaks.
