CSS3PIE, not loading?

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to make use of CSS3Pie. The problem is the linking part is not working.
I placed the Pie.htc at the many places, including root and css folder.
The standard URL = url(/Pie.htc). Should I change that?
When i have a separated HTML and pie.htc in the same folder, they are linked to each other.
I hope somebody has a solution,
