Organizing controllers into subfolders

Hi,
I read the user guide and it says I can organize my controllers into subfolers, but it doesnt tell me how deep the sub folders can be.

For eg:
I want to have an "admin" subfolder, and inside it I want a "classifieds" sub folder, and inside that, the controllers.
So the url would be:
http://www.site.com/admin/classifieds/listing/add
admin = subfolder
classifieds = subfolder
listing = controller
add = method

But it doesn't seem to be working. It shows me the 404 page.

Anyone can help me out here?
