Adobe p2p Cirrus and Codeigniter

hello guys, hope some high level'ed headed geeks can help me with this one =')
so here's a glance at the scenario:

I have Cirrus(http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/cirrus/samples/) app working on localhost but im struggling to integrate it to my codeigniter project.

1) I tried embbeding/include the swf into my template but it doesnt load.
2) I also tried redirecting the page but it seems once the VideoChat (Cirrus) folders are in the codeigniter it doesnt work anymore
3) I am loading the relevant JS's and CSS's files...

Bottom line is: I'm really not sure where or how to include this working app into my project.

I would really really appreaciate if someone could answer..
