Backend Pro or IONAuth with ACL?

I'm wondering if anyone could make latest (old) backend pro version into latest codeigniter 2.x? If so, which changes or mods have to be done to make it work?

Or

Does any1 know a quick way to make an ACL GUI for IONAuth? I know, its a hard task, but maybe there's something already created...

I need to make permissions very specific and need some ACL based stuff
