UPDATE:
It was a bug in my webhost's panel saying that PHP was going thru FastCGI when that wasn't the case.
OP:
I've noticed that my app (on CI2.0.2) on an IIS 7.0 server using PHP5 as a FastCGI app has a consistent wait time of ~6.5sec for each page request regardless of how little content there is being sent. I'm fairly confident it is something with codeigniter since other PHP apps on the host don't suffer from the same issue.
I know there isn't a lot of information in this post but I'd be happy to provide any information required to get this resolved.
