hey,
i have mysql server defined solely to localhost connections, now when CI's trying to connect it goes via port 3306 and the TCP protocol, which of course are disabled for the server.
if i change the server's definitions to allow remote connections everything works well but then i'm opening myself to the web for no reason and the MySql Workbech doesn't work. how can i make it connect locally?
