Hi,
Well from what I can see, the Language.php file in the libraries section of CI is no longer in existance. Ok, but there's no documentation in the "How to Upgrade" section that mentions this minor issue.
Or maybe I'm missing something. 1.6.x worked fine, now 2.0 not so much.
