You are right - the link is broken.
You could try the 2.0.0 version, I guess
there aren't many diferences if at all:

It's not my translation, I just gave you a hint how to get a working language file.

Sounds a bit harsh to me. The guy translated all language files and provided them to
the community. For some reason the link is broken now - so what? We don't know
why that happened and as long we don't know there is no reason to blame him that way.
Just my opinion.

i'm not blaming anybody, i'm just saying that link should be removed until replacing with working one.

in that way, we can prevent people from clicking a link for a translation, which doesn't exist.
