CI & Microsoft Azure

Just started a project that will eventually live on Microsoft's Azure platform, i'm predominantly a LAMP dev and it's been quite a few years since i've had anything sitting within an IIS environment. So, just wondering has anyone else deployed a CI app to azure, and if you have any advice.

Did you use SQL Azure or run with mysql?
Any issues with the Azure SDK for PHP in CI?
Any 'things i've learned about azure and CI' that are worth sharing

This is Tamilmani Mohan , i am working in CI with Microsoft SQL Server(Back end) and DB information's are getting form Microsoft Azure.
