How to use master template for variuos controller actions

Hi,
http://localhost/controller1/action getting to default master template in views/template.php but,if i am trying http://localhost/controller2/action its not directing to my default template instead its getting to action method.is i need to do like this for that,

Code:

$this->load->view('template',$data['content']);

$data['content'] for body.
any suggestions please.
