method executed two times when accesed by uri routing?

Hello,

I'm writing simple news system, where I can add news to site etc. In my method responsible for viewing entire news i update view count in database, and here strange things happen.

When I access view method directly - it works ok, but if i access it by rerouted uri view count bumps by 2 instead of 1.

Why? And how to fix this (while keeping uri routing)?
I work with CI 2.0.3.
