HMVC and Module Problem

Hey Guys,

i hope you can help me. I use the HMVC Package from Wiredesignz.

So i have created some "System" Modules the Projects needs.
Now i wanna give the User the possibility to extend the Project by Modules. In the Controller of a Module, the User should use eg. header::addjs('thisisthemodulescript.js') and also addcss, .... so that all the needed JS and CSS and so on are add to the Main Tempalte file. How could this be done?
