Hook not working on host

Hi everyone,

In an effort to try to get profile urls, I used Toopay's suggestion from this post:

Just changed slightly to pick up the correct table and field from my Ion Auth table.

And it works great when I have the site local. The only problem is, it doesn't work after I uploaded everything to my host.

When I go to instead of seeing the user's profile when I go to www.rpg-legion.com/administrator, I see just a bunch of errors, like all it's trying to pull is a user named "User" no matter which profile I try. The database is an exact same copy, the only differences is the host, username and password are different.

It is connecting to the database, because if it didn't, none of the other pages would work.

Does anybody have any ideas what might be causing this? Would it be my host? I've never used a hook before, so I'm not sure what else I need to do. My host is Startlogic.
