The User Guide link is a hold-over from Ellislabs version, it needs to be updated to this:
Forums: http://forum.codeigniter.com/index.php

The Wiki is not yet available.  I have read comments that it is felt to be too much of a mess to be worth converting.  I'd like to see a new wiki, starting from scratch and then perhaps import selected pieces from the old version.
