[Solved] Problem loading images.

Hi

I have set up a virtual host server with apache web server for testing, called ci.

The root folder has CI installed, I have added my images and css folders also into the root folder.

When I load the web browser everything works fine except the loading of css files and images.

when I check where the link is pointing too in google web console. its pointig to http://ci/images/header.jpg. When I click on the link to the image in the console the browser loads http://ci/images/header.jpg , but codeigniter reports page not found. I have check all permissions and they are fine.
I'm I missing somwthing?

Any Idea?
