Hi,
I'll let users upload files but only the admin of the site will be able to download the files through the controller so:
1. Where should I create the "uploads" folder? Within Codeigniter folders or not?
2. Shall I place a htaccess in it? If so, what is the content?
3. What permission I should assign to it?
This is first time I am usin CI for this purpose so please tell me what I should do.
