PHP returning a blank page (Code Igniter, WAMP and Oracle)

Here I go again. Can someone help me on this?

I have managed to work through some problems already in learning CI with Wamp and Oracle. Please see this link.

Now, I'm getting another problem, I might say an error, but I don't really know what error and even why is there that error. I'm getting a blank page when clicking an icon that is supposed to link me to another php page.
