FPDF & Codeigniter

Hi,

I'm struggling to understand how FPDF works but this seems to be the best at the moment.

I have got it doing small parts like showing headers and footers etc with backgrounds, but my question is how can I replicate like the image here-> http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/38/81372642.png/

and grab all the data from a database to auto fill out this PDF with the info and then download the PDF?
