Morning all,
I've used Codeigniter since version 1.6, and always got on very well with it. I've a project in development at the moment (running v2.0.3) which is presenting an intermittent odd error.
Occasionally when loading a page, it hangs, then presents a Database Error saying 'It is not possible to select the database requested'. Sometimes a refresh solves the problems, othertimes it can go on for 2-3 minutes before it comes back.
The database is always accessible, I can access it and modify it with PhpMyAdmin, and through normal PHP code, but CI is throwing this error, which i've only ever had before when the Database Server has been down, but this time it is definately not!
Can anyone offer any thoughts or suggestions?
