Separating javascript from view.

Hi guys!

I am using LiveValidation to validate some input forms os the client-side. My script is getting a little big and I would like to know how to separate the scrip from the view.

Something like creating a .js file, with all my validations, and adding it to the view.

Is that possible?

Just started with PHP, javascript and CI, so bare with me.
