Ion Auth trigger and hook mecanism

Hi everyone,

I use the last (v2) version of Ion_auth library and I'd like to understand how can I use triggers and hooks.

I guess I can interact at a precise time to add my own actions and it's my goal ;-)

If someone could provide a link or an example.
