Hi,
I'm a relative newcomer to PHP (happy to amend existing code, not so keen to embark on new projects); however, I wish to change that and have a few questions:
1) As a newbie, would you recommend learning PHP properly first, or dive into CI?
2) When including files, I'm tempted to include all the files I might need (overkill); are there any pitfalls with doing so?
3) On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being best); how useful do you find using a framework?
