Beginner question easy way to refresh a modules::run('mymodule') ?

I would like to be able to refresh a

so the content is updated, is there an easy way to do so, or do I have to find a workaround to flush the current module, and create another one?

Contact wiredesigns and see if you can call a module via ajax but I expect the answer will be no.

refresh where? refresh the instance in execution time? or refresh the content in the client ?
