remove index.php in URL?

I try to remove index.php in localhost which is woking fine but, i try to host my website on live server but i can't remove why?

I'm not posting garbage, and also i got solutions also, my localhost i have used linux server so .htaccess file working fine but in my live hosting server has windows IIS Server, which is not support .htaccess.
